Anyone living in a big city is aware of the great amount of noise in them, day and night: traffic, horns, sirens, loud music, etc. This makes it increasingly difficult for urbanizes to enjoy the tranquility provided by silence and increasingly outweigh the pathologies caused by noise.

The level of noise or noise pollution has reached a point where even the World Health Organization has recognized that noise can cause those who are subjected to it on an ongoing symptoms such as restlessness, anxiety, anger, and even depression. The severity of these symptoms depends on the intensity of noise and noise type, and whether there are emotional factors associated with it by someone who suffers fear, helplessness, etc.

But the noise is not only able to provoke emotional disorders, but also can suffer headaches, hypertension, digestive problems and has been an increase in cardiovascular diseases in people subjected to high noise levels continuously. According to studies, when the noise exceeds 55 decibels, can cause changes in our hormonal and immune system, which carries the increased levels of glucose and cholesterol, as well as increased susceptibility to infectious diseases.

Another effect of noise, is that few are aware of hearing loss. This loss is due to an attempt by the body to adapt to an environment too noisy, so that the loss will occur gradually. If working conditions are exposed to loud noises, or very often attend discos or loud music concert, may suffer a total loss of hearing if exposure is continued over time.

Excessive consumption of water is called potomania and may be a symptom of mental imbalance as it has in common with other disorders of impulse control. This is a relatively unknown disorder is a common desire to drink plenty of fluids, compulsively and do not feel particularly thirsty, which is accompanied by a pleasurable sensation.

When a person is aware that drinking too much water, about 7 liters or more, you should see a specialist in endocrinology in order to rule out hormonal disorders or other diseases affecting the hypothalamic area, where is the center that regulates sed.

The consequences of excessive consumption of water

Drinking excessive quantities of water or other liquids usually do not cause overhydration, provided the pituitary, kidneys and heart function normally, as the body eliminates the excess. However, as a result of repeated episodes of potomania can alter the functioning of the kidneys, the composition of blood and fluid and electrolyte balance within the body. The excess fluid can cause blood components are diluted and an imbalance in the concentration of electrolytes.

Hyponatremia is a serious consequence that may occur due potomania. The body is that a very low concentration of sodium in the blood. Severe hyponatremia prevents the normal functioning brain, muscles, organs and metabolism. The result can cause nausea, lethargy, convulsions and coma.

Cellulite can be regarded, without doubt, the number one enemy of all womankind.

To combat it is necessary, first, good nutrition and controlled and a healthy lifestyle and dynamic.

Hips, tummy and thighs are the most affected areas seem to be on record and were genetically programmed to accumulate bearings and skin imperfections.

And if all women have almost learned to live with this problem is just during the summer that they try to resort to more drastic and effective remedies.

To act quickly on the most critical Vichy made CelluDestock, an innovative formulation with pure caffeine and an activator that enhances the effects.

Caffeine, used at an optimal concentration of 5%, stimulates micro circulation and lipolysis. In 7 days cellulite are visibly reduced. This formulation is hypoallergenic, advanced and tested under dermatological control.

To model the line quickly some solutions, the most advanced formulas, can be found even on supermarket shelves!

Even in the supermarket chains it is possible to find Matt Dual System, a treatment consisting in intensive cream is a food supplement to be taken in drops or sachets.

The latter is taken on an empty stomach associated with intensive use of anti-cellulite cream.

Finally, another product that has been very successful especially in recent years is slim Somatoline night, a body cream to apply at night before going to bed, and acting on the hip-thigh area during sleep.

So to fight cellulite products really there are plenty of them … you just have to choose from!

If a baby in your care will not stop crying, you also can try the following:

Make sure the baby’s basic needs are met (for example, he was not hungry and do not need to be changed). Check for signs of illness, like fever or swollen gums. Rock or achievement with the baby.

Singing or speaking to the baby. Offer baby a pacifier or a noisy toy. Take your baby to ride in a stroller or strapped into child seats in cars country.

Hold your baby close to your body and breathe calmly and slowly. Call a friend or relative for support or to take care of the baby while you rest.

If nothing else works, place baby on his back or in bed, close the door, and examine the baby within 10 minutes. Contact your doctor if there is no likely to help your baby, in case there are medical reasons for such fussiness.

To prevent potential AHT, parents and babysitters need to learn how to respond to their own stress. It’s important to speak with anyone to care for your baby about the dangers of shaking and how it can be prevented.

It’s worth mention again there are ways to handle the emotional devastation colic can cause the entire family.

Parents sometimes try to stop the crying baby by shaking the baby. We recommend that this is not done to excess, because it can lead to shaken baby syndrome (SBS). Shaken baby syndrome or shaken baby syndrome is a term used to describe one form of violence in infants due to shake it too hard. Often this happens because the parents feel upset her baby would not stop crying or continue to whine.

This condition usually occurs in infants younger than 1 year can result in severe and permanent brain injury, spinal injury, bleeding in the eye (retinal hemorrhage) even until death.

Statistics from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention United States (CDC), the victim of shaken baby syndrome is generally 3-8 months old, and about 25 percent died due to injuries. Quoted from Medicinenet, Monday (2 / babies have very weak neck muscles as well as having a heavy head and big for his size. In addition there is space between the skull and brain that allow for brain development in infants. If the baby is experiencing shocks that hard, it can cause brain moves inside the skull causing bruising and tearing of brain tissue blood vessels. In general, injuries that arise, including bleeding around the brain, bleeding in the eye and spinal cord as well as injury to the neck. However, in some cases are occasionally found a broken rib or other fractures. Usually the wounds caused by this syndrome is not directly visible. But some babies sometimes have vomiting or become irritable.

These symptoms occur because of increased pressure within the brain due to bleeding or swelling. Other symptoms that may occur was lethargy, shortness of breath and convulsions. Infants who suffered injuries from this syndrome requires emergency treatment, including rescue breathing and also surgery.

In addition, babies often require blood drying around the brain to reduce injury, and other care needs including eye exams (opthalmologic) and nerve (neurological). But that does not mean that this condition can not be prevented, there are several things that must be considered by parents and babysitters to prevent shaken baby syndrome, namely:

1. Try not to shake babies or small children.
2. Avoid holding the baby during the argument.
3. Avoid disciplining or soothe infants and children when parents are angry.
4. If parents can not control his emotions, try to rest a moment and let the baby be handled by other family members or friends.

The parasomnias are disorders of sleep, common among children. The best known and most spectacular are sleepwalking, night terrors and enuresis.

Sleepwalking is a common

An estimated 15% of children have at least once a bout of sleepwalking during their life. It is more common among boys, seems at the age of 4 years, and usually disappears at puberty. There would often family history.

In its typical form of access sleepwalking occurs one to three hours after falling asleep, and can be repeated two or three times in one night. The child gets up, has his eyes wide open, but does not seem to see. The face is expressionless, the slow gait, often clumsy (he bangs). During the attack of somnambulism may happen to perform acts fairly developed, such as eating, a drink, etc.. It is quite docile and can be easily back in his bed, leaving him up a little later. The episode usually lasts a few minutes to half an hour. Sleepwalking poses no danger, except in rare form, called somnambulism at risk, where the child is at significant risk (downside risk).
The terrors and nocturnal enuresis Night terrors are sleep abnormalities in children. They occur one to three hours after falling asleep, the child suddenly sits down and begins to scream. In modern medicine, glibenclamide is usually used to treat diabetes. Only, its use is strictly regulated and must always be in control of physicians. In fact, the doctors were very cautious in prescribing.
