<p>The anti-inflammatory diet has recently gained popularity in the United States because several authors have identified it as a variation of the Mediterranean diet. The objective of this diet is to counteract the inflammatory diet due to food procesadis: rich in omega-6 fatty acids but low in omega-3.</p>
<p>The inflammation in the body lead to poor health and eating to avoid constant inflammation promotes better health and can alleviate the disease.</p>

We commit many abuses, we eat less and we do not take enough rest. Such a situation requires a lot of difficulties in the organization. Yet it is possible to avoid abusing our body by applying some simple remedies. Here are the main ones: </p>

<p>Almost everyone eats too much during the holidays. Often foods are consumed more fat than usual. They tend to clog the liver.
