- You can use various seasonings: basil, fennel, cumin, tarragon, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, parsley, pepper and paprika.
- Vinegar and oil (olive and seeds) can be marinated with herbs.
- In the preparation of sauces, wine or other alcoholic beverages as an ingredient can flambé tastiest variety of recipes.

- Get enough sleep and number of hours regularly. Go to bed and wake up every day at the same time.
- Establish a pleasant routine to go to bed. The room should be dark and the bed should be comfortable.
- Relaxation exercises and meditation can be helpful for sleep.
- Before going to bed usually devote time to “concerns.” This will help control occasional thoughts that can disturb sleep.
- Playing sports, especially running or walking, regularly promotes and increases the depth of sleep. However, the exercise right before bedtime can be disturbing.
- Avoid harmful habits such as snuff and alcohol.
