Causes of stress

Stress can be caused by emotional or physical causes, that overwhelm a person’s ability to assume and manage certain circumstances.

Physical stress occurs when there is significant waste of energy, it may occur in work, sports, racing to meet schedules or performing strenuous tasks.

As already mentioned any activity that goes beyond the individual’s ability eventually cause stress.

They are very vulnerable to stress those who want to please the demands of all and there is no time to themselves.

There are also those who want to do everything at once, those who try to do too many things at once and those who would like the day has twice as many hours to perform more tasks. This makes living in a state of anxiety, tension and permanent alert will cause stress sooner or later.
