Pressure nervous, myths and truths

I have nerve pressure, stress makes my pressure go up to the clouds, the cause of my hypertension are just nerves, when I calm down my pressure is normal.

We have heard these phrases countless times without knowing they have a Percentage of certainty and one error, nerve pressure exists but is not caused only by stress, you should take other measures to control it.

Stress causes the pressure increase

It is real that nerves can cause the pressure to rise rapidly, there is a myth or an invention, to check at home enough to have a pressure gauge and check it often.

When hypertension is taken as nervous as pressure rises only in moments of stress and then returns to normal, it must also take care of food, reducing salt intake, cholesterol control and be active.

The daily walk on both insist that it always helps to lower cholesterol, control hypertension, lose weight and relieve the tension caused by stress.

It is advisable to buy a pressure gauge and keep it at home for periodic checks, recalls that the hypertension is not painful but it involves a high risk of heart attacks or strokes in some cases even cause permanent disabilities.
