BASIC HUMAN NEEDS
The person is a multiple and interdependent needs, which make up a system that is interrelated and interact, simultaneously complementing and compensating to achieve dynamism in the process of satisfaction.

Universal human needs are the same in all cultures and historical moments, its variation is determined by the mechanism or means used to achieve them.

The satisfaction of human needs must be given in three contexts, also interrelated:
- In relation to oneself.
- In relation to the social group.
- In relation to the environment.

Like many other authors, Manfred Max Neef, Development Studies, Human Scale, classifies human needs into categories and categorical existential axiomatic. In the first identifies needs be, have, do and be, and axiological on subsistence needs, protection, affection, understanding, participation, leisure, creation, identity and freedom. The signing of the IHP Compact will accelerate progress in achieving the Millennium Development Goals related to health.

IHP Compact signed between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and its development partners and international agencies as part of the IHP (International Health Partnership), which has joined the Spanish Agency of International Development Cooperation in Ethiopia. Influenza

Spain’s ambassador in Mexico, Carmelo Angulo, has delivered Saturday to the Mexican Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa, the first shipment of medical supplies to combat influenza, which has infected at least 427 people.

Espinosa has said the final destination of the cargo are marginal areas of the State of Mexico, which surrounds the capital.

This first shipment, as explained Angulo, includes 63,000 protective masks, 6,000 glasses and 100 packages of self-care for the Red Cross (valve masks, surgical masks, gloves, garbage bags, disposable overalls and chemical goggles).

The shipment is valued at 100,000 euros and is part of the aid package valued at one million euros that the president of the Spanish Government, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, has pledged to deliver to Mexico. Read the rest of this entry »
